Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AgentFleet (useagentfleet.com) is an independent project based in Israel. Contact: uriel.shk@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account information (once sign-in is live): the name, email, and profile image provided by your sign-in provider when you create an account.

Content you provide: reviews, bookmarks, collections, and listing submissions you create on the site.

Usage data: pages visited, referring source, device/browser type, and similar analytics data — collected via Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept our cookie banner. See “Cookies” below.

Cookies: a session cookie for signing in (once accounts are live), and analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — you can change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

3. How we use it

• To provide the core service — show your reviews, bookmarks, and collections; let you manage your account and submissions.
• To moderate submitted content (listings, reviews) before or after publication.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the site, if you've accepted analytics cookies.
• To communicate with you about your account, if needed (e.g. moderation decisions).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) — they process data on our behalf to run the service.
• Sign-in providers: whichever OAuth provider(s) we support once accounts are live (e.g. GitHub) — they authenticate you; we receive the profile info they share per their own terms.
• Analytics: Google, via Tag Manager, only if you've accepted analytics cookies.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Reviews and other public content you post may remain visible if you delete your account, unless you request removal separately by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these, contact uriel.shk@gmail.com.

7. Children's privacy

AgentFleet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data (e.g. encrypted connections, provider-managed database security), but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date above.
