Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using useagentfleet.com (“AgentFleet,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What AgentFleet is

AgentFleet is a free discovery and knowledge platform for AI agents, workflows, skills, MCP servers, and tools — listings, reviews, community collections, and editorial guides. Browsing, discovery, and access to this content is and will remain free. We do not build, host, or operate the third-party tools listed on the site; we index and describe them.

3. Accounts

You may need an account (via a supported sign-in provider) to submit listings, write reviews, bookmark items, or create collections. You're responsible for your account and for what's posted under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Your content

When you submit a listing, review, or collection, you keep ownership of it, but you grant AgentFleet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and otherwise use that content on the Service (including in search results, feeds, and promotional use of the site itself). You confirm you have the right to post what you submit.

We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content (including fake reviews).
• Submit listings for tools you don't have the right to describe accurately, or spam the directory with duplicate or low-quality entries.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, ratings, or search visibility (e.g. fake accounts, review brigading).
• Scrape or bulk-extract the Service's data beyond normal use, without permission.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, or that infringes others' rights.

6. Listings are informational, not endorsements

Ratings, reviews, and rankings on AgentFleet reflect community input and our ranking formulas — they are not a guarantee of quality, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. Evaluate any tool yourself before relying on it, especially for anything security- or safety-sensitive.

7. Intellectual property

The AgentFleet name, design, and original editorial content (guides, rankings, site design) belong to AgentFleet. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced in listings belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, not to imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listing information, which may be submitted by users or third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentFleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any harm resulting from your use of a tool discovered through AgentFleet.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date above.

12. Governing law

The laws of Israel govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
